Insightful Hope Journal

An insightful self discovery of hope and happiness in a 42 page PDF digital journal. Daily, weekly and monthly pages will need to be printed as required throughout the year and its your choice what specific pages to utilise.

This journal will help you to obtain an insight into your visions and goals, the things that drive your purpose and passions, discovering your core values and addressing strengths as well as weaknesses.

It is compartmentalised into sections:

Initial Review

  • What is current in your life now – what does your life look like at this present time.
  • How satisfied are you with your life – what would you like to change?
  • Are the influential areas in your life balanced and promoting a fulfilling and purposeful life or are they out of balance and creating overwhelm and stress? ( using Life in Balance wheel)
  • What is your vision in specific time frames from 3 months – 10 years.
  • What goals do you wish to achieve in this time frame.
  • Using SMART criteria to create focused, clear and actionable steps to move towards achieving your goals.
  • 2 types of habit trackers.

Daily review

  • Morning log – includes water intake and emotions tracker
  • Evening log – overview of that day and insight into what is needed for the next.

Weekly review

  • Summary of the best bits, what went well, goals achieved, focus for week ahead. Prioritising your needs and ways to be kinder to yourself.

Monthly review

  • Summary of achievements, new learnings and goals to work towards.
  • Review of life in balance wheel – to see if focus has been too much on one area and in doing this an area has been neglected and needs to be brought back into focus.

Year Review

  • A review of whole year.
