Confidence

I am a woman of 74 years and since my sessions with the wonderful Vix and her Hope Hypnotherapy sessions I am a different person. All my life since school days I have never ever had any confidence in myself, always worried about saying and doing things wrong. I have never read a book, my mind would say you have too much to do elsewhere and could never feel relaxed at all. As for sleeping that was very bad, my brain could not shut off to get a good nights sleep. Now I am such a different person happy and contented and more confident. These sessions have given me a new life. I sleep much better, and I am finally able to relax. I have read a book and on to my second book. I now tell my brain you are not telling me I cannot do it!
